Here’s What Guys Buying Our Guitars Are Sayin’

Just thought I’d drop you a line and let you know how pleased I am with the LMGT!

Everyone who has seen it so far has had to play it and every last one of them has said it’s one of the best guitars they’ve ever played! T ere’s definitely something magic about these aluminum bodies that makes the guitar sound fantastic — there’s no question about it!

Honestly, though, the neck is the thing that I’m most happy about. Sure, the technology behind the body deserves accolades, but in my mind I guess I expected the rest of the guitar to be an afterthought. Not so!

This guitar has one of the best necks I’ve ever played, and the construction of the guitar is such that it takes advantage of all of the cool “new-school” parts (like the graphite nuts, bridges, etc. that we’ve all been afraid to put on our vintage-style guitars) to great effect!

All-in-all, this guitar is everything I’ve been looking for in a T-style, and leaves nothing to be desired. At practice it was really inspiring to play, and when I broke it out today to play through the Orangutan, I was *completely* happy with both what I was hearing and how the guitar felt to play! Just awesome!

It’s fantastic. It has 0% hum in the studio and being a single coil player that is a godsend! Keep up the great work

“I just got the  new Tele, I think you have improved  on what was perfection. This thing seems to vibrate while still in the case. How can this get any better?

The best looking guitar Ive ever seen. The best sounding guitar Ive ever heard. How do you guys do it.The tone is sublime, it has a snap to it that hurts in the best possible way. Now my problem is deciding which one to play. I LOVE THESE GUITARS! Of the twenty four guitars I own these guitars have the best all round Vibe.  Everything is balanced to perfection…..Tone For Days,Looks To Die For, Pure Class Vibe.

Pure CLASS. Hard to put into words.

THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE CREW! Great job guys.

“Liquid Metal Guitars – The most perfectly built, incredbly sounding guitar you can imagine. ”

“Reeee freaking diculous, the sound is killer, Todd and myself jammed for about an hour and the guitar knocked everyone’s socks off. It has all of this bloom and sustain and articulation in the notes of chords….WOW! ”

Bobby Schenck – On Tour with Slash

….”and I can say that I am BLOWN AWAY. Killer neck, killer fretwork and the carved out aluminum body WORKS. The Duncans are perfect in this guitar. As a wood snob, I expected it to be brash and brittle sounding. I was a James Trussart dealer for a while, and dismissed these guitars as the same thing. Boy, was I wrong. It’s resonant as hell and a wonderful sounding and feeling guitar. Are we going to have to start talking tonemetals?

The surface is smooth as glass with the texture milled into it and then a clearcoat (the same stuff Mercedes uses on their alloy wheels!) is applied. In the stage lights, it looks like it’s alive.”

“It has made my guitar playing better, the cleaness of the notes, the clarity is amazing. I am an old school tele guy and this is now my guitar. Great Achievement.”

“It has the best “note bloom” I have heard. It just keeps growing, doesn’t fade or drop out. Full melodic bloom.”

I can’t get over the sustain, it is crazy and the lack of any extra noise from the guitar is amazing for our work in the studio. ”

    G’day Phil,

I hope you don’t mind me writing to you.

I have no idea how it happened…but I have had the good fortune to buy a second hand Liquid Metal M1 from Ebay here in Australia.

    (http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&_trksid=p4340.l2557&item=110825911030&nma=true&rt=nc&si=G8nmaMA2z8LUxjTwpMSKtVTi7KU%3D&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWAX%3AIT&orig_cvip=true)

It is the most amazing piece of musical artwork I have ever seen and I already have some nice looking guitars. This M1 is really incredible and as a working musician it will see a lot of action particularly in the studio. I have been playing it through a Tiny Terror and also a Dual Terror and then an Orange twin cabinet and I really think I’m going to have to buy another amp to do this guitar justice.

I was just wondering if you know how many of these guitars have made it to Australia? Or even how many you have produced altogether? I suppose I’m just curious to know if I have 1 out of 50 or 1 out of 1000 or more. I’m really liking the look of the Tele style too now but the one without the Bigsby.

Anyway…just wanted to touch base and say thanks for such a beautiful creation. Oh and those TV Jones are the business too. I have a Gretsch that has some standard TV’s and they sound nothing like the ones on the M1…much punchier and they have a kind of aggressive edge to them which I love.

Well that’s all I guess. Beautiful stuff you make…and highly practical too. I never wanted an ornament…I wanted something I could use all the time.

    Many thanks,

    Damien Hutchinson
